5 Free Mobile Games to Download Immediately
I will get straight to the point; I am a stingy. As soon as I can have something free - legally, get along, I take advantage of it. Surely a residue of my student period where each coin was a real treasure. Unconsciously, I had to imagine that if I saved 100, I was going to be able to win a 1UP ... or just pay me a packet of pasta.
On the other hand, I am a big fan of small games; in my teens, I loved discovering little flash games (shockwave or Newground for connoisseurs).
Today, I do not really go to these sites anymore; true to my time, I am more often than not on my phone. That's
why I find myself downloading free games on my phone and spending many
hours trying them out (maybe too many hours ... it must not be
profitable my business). Often, it's not very convincing, but sometimes I find small nuggets playful.
Here is a little Top 5 games you have to download there, now, right now! (and it's gratissss!). You'll thank me later.
Note: These are only games that do not require an internet connection.

Creatures such as we
Probably among the biggest play slams I've had recently. The game is of a disconcerting simplicity; it is a textual game with choices that create narrative branches. All that is simplest, in short. However, the narrative thread returned my brain. I do not want to reveal too much, but in short we embody a video game lover and we play for him at his favorite game. In short, a big reflection on the notion of choice - or lack of choice - and game design (fans of Stanley Parable will meet). The only glitch is that if you do not want to pay; you have to wait a certain number of hours between each chapter. But is it really a problem?

Pixel Dungeon
The rogue-like is a genre well known to video game enthusiasts. However, not everyone knows or has played Rogue (released in 1980) or any of his clones. Personally, I was a big fan of this ruthless, random but fascinating game. To
my great joy, I discovered, a few years ago, Pixel Dungeon, a very
faithful update of the game with graphics more than decent (instead of
the ascii look of the original). In short, you control an adventurer who sinks into a dungeon more and more dangerous. And the game does not forgive; a small mistake, we die and we have to start all over again. Only problem; being open source, there are several iterations (at least 12), so we must spend a moment to find the one that suits us. Personally, I stopped my choice on Shattered Pixel Dungeon, which is a bonus version of the original.
Stranger Things
I think it's no longer necessary to present the hit Netflix TV series. If you have not looked at it yet; think "tribute to the series / movies / games of the 80s with a soundtrack that kills." I think you know what you're going to do tonight ... Let's go back to the video game. Briefly, we control the protagonists of the series, and we must solve mysteries. Everything
works like Zelda: A Link to the Past (the best, by the way): dungeons
with equipment to find, a semi-open world, mini-quests for hidden
objects, and so on. A treat for any fan of Stranger Things, Zelda, or both. But I recommend having seen at least Season 1 to take
full advantage of it.
The Guides Axiom
I am a big (big!) Fan of puzzles to solve. I love to twist my brain, even if I'm not always able to solve the problem. I
am thinking in particular of the famous website Easy Opening (which is
anything but easy), on which friends and I spent several nights in high
school / CEGEP. From time to time, I download an
application of puzzles, but I am often disappointed by their simplicity
or rather average graphics. With The Guides Axiom, I feel like I'm really holding something unique. Diversified puzzles with levels where multiple resolutions are possible. I confess that I have not finished it yet, but I believe that it hides more than just puzzles to solve. The biggest problem is that some levels require note taking, which is impractical on a phone while we are in transport.
Underhand
Those
who know me know that I am fond of the world of Lovecraft (creator of
the universe of the myth of Cthulhu), but also of board games. Underhand falls in these two categories. It embodies a cult leader whose mission is to awaken great elders. Divided into seven "missions", the card game where you have to manage the resources at best. Events will ask to sacrifice food, worshipers, even prisoners. We must therefore avoid running out of food or getting noticed by the authorities. In short, it could be compared to a game of patience (like the Solitaire), but much more strategic. And, bonus point, the aesthetics is really nice. Unfortunately, the app has one or two annoying little bugs, which at least, do not ruin the gaming experience.
